Terms of Service — AquaClean

1. Acceptance

By creating an AquaClean account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your credentials with anyone outside your company.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass customers, send spam, upload unlawful content, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other tenants. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your data

Orders, customers and employees you enter belong to you. We store this data solely to provide the service and do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may close your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination we retain minimal records as required by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
